Muscle Energy Technique, MET is a form of muscle release that uses muscle activation and relaxation to help fascia and muscle tissue to move freely, reducing pain and disrupted joint and muscle movement. This is an ideal technique if a client is struggling with any type of muscle movement or is sore from any kind of physical activity.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
A massage therapy technique used to stimulate the flow of lymphatic fluid. Manual lymph drainage uses light, superficial massage to stimulate the flow of lymphatic fluid. It can be used to help treat a variety of health concerns such as edema (swelling), lymphedema, immune suppression issues, arthritis, orthopedic surgeries; as well as various skin issues such as acne, cellulite and eczema.
